Biography

Irina Biatturi, a graduate of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest, has dedicated herself to painting since her youth. After stays in countries such as Mexico and New Zealand, she now lives and works in Antibes.

Her focus is on women and sensuality. Her oil paintings combine influences from Art Deco, Art Nouveau, and the compositions of Italian Renaissance masters. The works exude tranquility and elegance, offering a glimpse into the glamorous world of the Roaring Twenties on the French Riviera.

Biatturi's work is part of numerous private collections and has been presented internationally in galleries, museums, and prestigious exhibitions. At the 2023 Florence Biennale, she received both the President's Prize and the People's Prize. Her art has been featured in publications such as Nice Matin, Vauban Magazine, TOUTMA, La Strada, Maisons et Jardins Magazine, and COTE Magazine.
