Biography

Born in 1992 in Hallein, Austria, the freelance visual artist with a focus on sculpture, painting, and graphics resides and works in Regensburg.

The enthusiasm for shaping and experimenting with form was discovered during his childhood and youth on the Canary Islands and in the Berchtesgaden region. In 2012, still during his high school years, he was granted a scholarship for emerging artists at the Bad Reichenhall Art Academy. Since his first solo exhibition in 2014, he regularly presents his works to the public and has gained initial experience collaborating with gallery owners and collectors in the German-speaking realm.

His artistic work was recently honored through the award of the Art Prize from the 97th Annual Exhibition of the Regensburg Art and Crafts Association in 2023, as well as through his selection for the prize exhibition of the nationally acclaimed 4th Art Prize of the city of Günzburg. In his works, he engages with the genesis and impact of complex organic forms.

Through his layered wooden sculptures, known as "Curved Stacks," he aims to conjure a visionary aesthetic of complexity and fragility, unlocking novel sculptural possibilities.
