Valentina Eberhardt (born 1993 in Graz) is a graduate of the master class for Painting and Design at HTBLVA Ortwein and is currently studying Art History at the University of Graz. As Vice President of the Künstlerbund Graz, she is actively involved in the regional art scene. She practices her artistic work in Graz (Austria) and Grado (Italy). In addition, she currently teaches Art Education and Craft Education at a middle school in the district of Weiz.
A distinctive feature of her work is the ballpoint pen – a tool that demands the highest precision and allows no mistakes. Eberhardt often combines it with watercolors to create strong contrasts and vibrant color effects. Her fascination with the smallest details shapes her visual language, in which meticulously executed lines and structures play central roles. She often blends art-historical or historical references with elements from the real world, creating humorous and surprising visual worlds. Mythological motifs, Mediterranean impressions, dreams, and surreal elements can be found throughout her figurative compositions.
