Great excitement about new Almdudler traditional costume couple

Everyone knows the legendary Almdudler couple in traditional costumes in dirndls and lederhosen. The queer version of the iconic red-white-red cult drink has already achieved cult status. But now there is an exciting new interpretation of the couple!

For the brand's 66th birthday, artist Julia Hanzl created a unique, armless and legless sculpture. This version of "Marianne & Jakob" was greeted with great enthusiasm by managing director Gerhard Schilling and owner Thomas Klein. The impressive sculpture combination is on display in Vienna's Almdudler House at Grinzinger Allee 16 in the 19th district.

"My sister Michaela and I have long been fans of Julia Hanzl's artwork. It is a special honor for us to be able to present her version of our traditional costume couple 'Marianne & Jakob' in the Almdudler House," said Klein enthusiastically at the ceremonial handover.
