Created in close collaboration with renowned artist Jeff Koons, this limited edition represents a rolling art sculpture – not for museums, but for the street.
Only 99 units were produced worldwide.
The exterior shines in a vibrant mix of 11 colors, fine geometric shapes, and dynamically exploding patterns – a direct homage to Koons’ earlier BMW Art Car creations such as the M3 GT2.
The artist himself called it his “dream car”, emphasizing the deep personal design involvement in this model.
The refinement required a complex process, with over 200 hours of work solely for the paint.

THE 8 x Jeff Koons BMW M850i xDrive Gran Coupé achieved an impressive result at a charity auction at Christie’s in New York on April 4, 2022:
It was auctioned for USD 475,000 — USD 125,000 above the regular new price of USD 350,000 (in Austria €436,060.1).
All proceeds were donated to the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC)
